Passport, Visa and Invitation letter

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Sweden.

Individuals requiring an officiell letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the conference, should contact the Conference secretariat, e-mail kong...@ostersund.se. The invitation letter will be issued once the registration form and payment has been received by The Tourism- & Conference Office in Östersund.
