Conditions for purchasing from the Swedish National Institute of Public Health (SNIPH) via the Internet.
Registration
The first time you order something from the SNIPH, you must register as a customer by giving your name and address.
As our customer, you give permission that this information be added to the SNIPH customer database.
SNIPH will not sell or actively pass on information from its customer database.
When you order, you must read and approve these conditions.
Terms of purchase
You will be invoiced, and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received on time, interest will be charged as allowed by law. A surcharge (currently 45 SEK) will be levied for reminder.
SNIPH does not charge for invoicing, and there is no service charge.
The prices listed don't include VAT (moms) unless stated otherwise. For material sent abroad, VAT will be included/added if required by law.
Postage costs will be added unless stated otherwise.
There will be a postage charge for free material.
Minimum order for invoicing is 20 SEK including VAT and shipping.
We do not send material on approval.
Prices subject to change without notice. Some titles can be out of stock temporarily or permanently.
Shipping
Most orders will be sent with ordinary mail.
Postage and shipping charges will be levied at actual cost.
If you wish, we can ship orders by other means. Contact our distribution department by e-mail for more information.
Items in stock will be shipped within 10 days after the order is placed; to foreign countries, within 15 days. Delivery times may be longer if an item is out of stock.
If an item is not in stock, we will put it on back order. If you wish to cancel a back order, you must inform our distribution department.
Complaints
If we have shipped the wrong item, or if a publication is damaged or misprinted, please contact the SNIPH distribution department so the problem can be fixed.
